AES-GCM-SIV (nonce-misuse resistant) encryption implementations.

AES-128-GCM-SIV encryptor providing nonce-misuse resistance.

This encryptor uses AES-128 with GCM-SIV mode, which is safer than standard GCM when nonce reuse might occur. Suitable for applications requiring 128-bit security.
